Responsibilities:
- To complete various international trade tasks given by the managers according to the needs
- To know well of products, including each of the parameters, theories, applications etc., able to organize face to face English technical training with the help of engineers, able to independently analyze clients and offer reasonable quotations.
3. To explore clients independently and understand all the procedures of foreign trade, to maintain good relationship with the current clients, to promote new products and keep detailed records of clients in the CRM system.
4. To prepare docs for the declaration in customs during exportation.
5. To do online marketing (need to post advertisement in the social media)
6. To be responsible for the collection of payments from clients.
7. To make plans, preparations and attend international expos.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in international trade or English (or other with relevant trade experience, excellent oral and written English)
2. Experiences:2 years or above relevant trade experiences, know all the exportation procedures and channels to explore new clients.
3. Ability:Excellent in oral and written English, able to communicate freely with foreign clients for business cooperation
4. Computer skills: skilled in using office software (Office, Excel, PPT etc.)
5. Aim to long-term development in foreign trade industry.
6. Strong self-motivation and teamwork spirit, strong self-directed learning ability, proactive, clear organization, strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude
