Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the tracking of the orders and standard operation for import and export.

2. Follow up closely to orders, placing orders in time to suppliers and confirm order to customers by ERP.

3. Follow up lead time, delivery, suppliers’ payment, co-ordinate and record in case problem occurred.

4. Issue relevant import/export documents, packing list/invoice/L/C related ….

5. Arrangement of archived file, all the documents can be tracked by both paper and electronic versions.

6. Inventory management.

7. Other administrative ad hoc tasks.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, foreign trade or related majors

2. 2 years+ working experience in import and export fields

3. Good command of English in speaking and writing

4. Well skilled in computer application e.g. Word, Excel PPT etc.

5. Have products knowledge is preferred

6. Have good planning, communication and coordination ability

7. Have strong sense of responsibility, integrity, meticulous,

And have strong team cooperation spirit.
