Be Fully accountable for the P&L

Formulate annual BD target and strategy according to the company's annual development direction

Formulate annual channel planning and distributor planning according to business review and new development requirement

Formulate and implement Sales and marketing strategy/plans to achieve business objectives in line with headquarter

Identify & qualify potential accounts and strategic customers including

Collect and feedback requirement in various markets, connect local markets and supporting departments and provide feedback for strategic planning

Support regional sale team for communication and negotiation

Develop and implement plans to increase market-share and profitability of products.

Manage and deliver the monthly, quarterly and annually quota

Develop the new customers, and maintain the good partnership with existing customers to enhance long term business prospects

At least 10 years Sales or Business development experience in telecom/IOT/smart device/ on Director and above level, full P&L responsible experience highly preferred

Proven track record of success in direct selling international via various distributor and channel

Hands on sales experience and the ability to work with a diverse account base

A true entrepreneur with strong inspiration of new business generation as well as required skills such as Excellent communication and people management skills

Tremendous ability to juggle and prioritize sensitive timelines

Desire to work for a rapidly growing company

Bachelor degree and above

Fluency in Mandarin and English
