Job Description
JOB PURPOSE: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage all international assignments in/ out China, Asia and JPAC region. Ensure company policy alignment and compliance in the implementation. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? Serve as coordinator for the assignees relocation matters in/out region to implement efficiently processes with services providers and internal stakeholders, i.e., House agency, Immigration Provider, Removal Provider, tax Provider and Car leasing company, International school, local BHR, Finance, etc. to ensure the effectiveness of the process and the assignee satisfaction. ? Conduct net to net calculation and assignment letter preparation basing on applied policy; ? Prepare and conduct the assignment related payments and reimbursement, track on timely payments/pre-payment to vendors on China inbound cases. Provide international assignments cost estimation and analysis for assignments based on the process. ? Ensure the consistency and compliance in operation. Actively follow up and investigate to avoid delays in the key legal related processes. ? Communicate closely with vendors on daily basis; monitor the quality of their services, e.g. relocation service provider, Immigration suppliers, Removal Company, household insurance company, language training and etc.in the region. ? Keep tracking on contract expiry management with regard to Immigration, School, Housing, Benefits, etc. ? Keep tracking on master database of assignees for management information, and ensure the information is accuracy; the cost of international assignees is properly and transparently managed. Provide analysis and generate data report basing on requirement. ? Support on regional Global mobility team’s daily operation. ? Act as internal expert on immigration part; Keep updated in know-how and operation by relevant policies published by the government which have impact on the international assignment management in terms of applied policy, tax, social security and etc. JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS: ? BA/BA or equivalent degree from an accredited college/university; a further professional qualification (e.g. tax) is preferred ? Minimum of 5 years’ experience with operation aspects, International Mobility/relocations experience ? Computer literacy: Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ? Fluent English in both oral and written ? Have the ability to deal with confidential information ? Detail oriented
