Position overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher for our kindergarten in Beijing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring the academic and personal growth of young learners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lesson Planning and Delivery

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with the kindergarten’s curriculum.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and enhance their learning experience.

2. Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.

3. Student Assessment:

• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance and behavior.

4. Parent and community engagement

• Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Organize and participate in school events, activities, and parent meetings.
5. Classroom environment:

• Create a welcoming and stimulating classroom atmosphere.

• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
6. Personal development of students:

• Encourage students’ social, emotional, and physical development.
• Teach and reinforce good manners, hygiene, and self-help skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a kindergarten setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young children.
