Essential Requirements
Degree in Early/Primary Education
PGCE or PGCEi
be a fluent English speaker
Two years’ teaching experience in Early Years
have up to date knowledge and experience of teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage and in particular experience of a play based approach to learning
able to work closely as part of a team whilst also contributing to the life of the school as a whole

Desirable
have experience working in a bilingual kindergarten with a co-teaching model
5 years’ experience of leading a class across Foundation Stage
evidence of further professional development

Responsibilities
work as part of a dedicated team with shared responsibility for a cohort of up to 20 children
support children to develop the English language as well as all areas of EYFS
plan and lead specialist activities such as cooking and Forest School
provide excellent pastoral care for students during and outside of class time
uphold the values and ethos of the school at all times through a mindful attitude and caring nature
