Job Description
The primary role will involve, but is not limited to:
• Actively recruiting staff for our office locations both in China and overseas– this includes compiling job descriptions,candidate specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Advising and negotiating all conditions of employment including contracts, remuneration, health insurance, social security, vacation and other benefits.
• Ensuring that all of the company policies are fully understood and adhered to by all staff members.
• Working closely with our Corporate Services department to coordinate the on boarding and paperwork related to both new staff and departing staff members.
• Preparing staff handbooks and welcome packages
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures in instances where company policy is not followed.

The ideal candidate should have:
• Minimum two years of related HR experience, preferably in China.
• Professional demeanor, confident and conscientious. Someone who is a team player and can work well within our different departments.
• Strong spoken and written communications. English is a must, Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
• A basic understanding of Chinese labor law is a plus, as is management experience.
• Strong negotiation and organization skills.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruitment and familiarity with attending job fairs for recruitment.
