• Daily orders management: Release orders daily according to Kanban rolling demands from production line .Track open orders to ensure close on time; Make sure no missing parts to customer orders

• Release purchase order in SAP system according to dynamic Kanban run.

• Adjust PO qty/request date/shipping condition, etc. base on demand change request from customer

• Make sure supplier confirm our purchase orders within deadline and input the confirmation we received from supplier into SAP system timely

• Review oversea supplier QC and re-sign the inventory contract in timely.

• Ensure the inventory control and turn improvement

• DBS Kaizen involvement: Using KB systems; Join with GSM to do cost down activities.

Person Specification:

• Undergraduate degree from college

• At least 3 years working experience as planning or buying

• Good communication skill with oversea supplier in English

• Good team player

• Workable written and better EnglishComputer level: Proficient with SAP, Word, Excel
