1. According to company sales plan, policy, product groups, segment and positioning; target right customer, carry on standard promoting process via email, phone initially；systematically develop potential customer base.

2. good liaison and communication with customer, able to identify potential customer shortly, manage communication effective and efficiently; establish customer profile bank; able to collect and organize data via different channels and complete; able to follow up with different customer feedback in different rhythm. Expand sales of current customers and increase customers satisfaction。

3. Follow up customer initial inquiries, making offers in time based on standard price list or pointed suppliers according to sales policy; after order confirmed; make sure customer PO and PO to suppliers are identical. Follow up on offers and record decline reason accordingly; all communications and documentation must be traceable and organized structurally.

4, Involve and support marketing activity include but not limited to website, social media, exhibition and seminar activity. Treasure every opportunity to develop business.

Qualification

1, Bachelor degree or above, majored in (electro) - mechanical and / or related;

2, Excellent English comprehension, able to communicate with customer via

phone and email professionally; sense of cross culture awareness is very important. Excellent in office software – word, Excel, PPT…

3, At least 3 years’experience in Valves or the related products internal sales

or on line sales development experience;

4, Very strong will of sales development; skillful in desk research,

5, Preferred to have valve market knowledge and industry application experiences, familiar with principle, design and manufacturing standard about Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Butterfly valves and other valve product as well as operation device – gear, actuator;

6, Preferred to have overseas studying and living experience; preferred to manage Spanish or third language
