Specifically, the role will focus on:
- Development of core strategies and creative new tactics to enhance the global employee experience, engagement and advocacy in a measurable way, while effectively maintaining day-to-day internal communications programs
- In-house content development and intranet management – including simplifying complex business functional objectives, strategies, performance and thought leadership into clear, succinct and memorable messaging in written and spoken communications such as internal newsletters, memos, speeches and more
- Collaboration with in-house and external agency creative teams to develop visually-compelling content like videos, podcasts and infographics, as well as internal templates with a consistent visual identity
- Support for large-scale global internal events including annual kick-offs, holiday galas, all-hands meetings, tech talks and product showcases (in close collaboration with events teams)
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams including senior executives, global external communications, events, marketing, product, operations, functional and HR teams to align and implement internal and executive communications strategy and messaging
Position Requirements:
- BA/BS degree and a minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar communications role
- Advanced, fluent English writer (native English writers preferred), with an understanding of Mandarin Chinese a plus
- Intermediate to advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to summarize details quickly and sell ideas through decks
- Design, photo and video-editing skills are a plus
