Reporting to: Financial Manager

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• University level or specialized qualification in finance or accounting(oversea education background is preferable)
Experiences:
• At least 2 year working experiences in auditing field
• At least 2 year working experiences in accounting field
Skills and abilities:
• Fluent in English is a must, French, Chinese and German can be viewed as a plus
• Familiar with western and Chinese financial principle and regulations and legal issues
• Excellent computer skills in office & financial software, especially Excel
• Self-motivated, professional, independent individual who is a team player
• Strong sense of responsibility; capable to work under pressure
• Careful, fast-learning and reliable
• Short business trip needed

Responsibilities:
• Plan and audit assignments, and prepare the related audit documentation within the prescribed resources and time frame in consistency with the department guidelines.
• Participate in the preparation and conduction of audit assignment
• According to the directives and under the supervision of the financial manager
• Identify internal control issues / weaknesses and improvement opportunities in accordance with auditing standards and methodology as well as best practice
• Write audit reports and present the conclusions to the appropriate management level
• Closely follow-up the corrective action plan implementation by the Businesses
• Other tasks as required
ISO Duties
• Participate security related trainings
• Conduct security related activities assigned to this position
• Follow security related requirements when fulfilling the responsibilities of this position
• Report security incidents to the supervisor when detected
