岗位职责:

1) Chair ad-hoc Store Audit Wechat Meeting, discuss findings and store operation related issues with Area Store Auditors.

2) Store CCTV daily maintenance, new store CCTV location design.

3) Arrange and monitor the half yearly 3rd party store stocktake and analyse stock loss result.

4) Area Store Auditor expense claim approval and KPI evaluation.

5) Store related control, process, marketing activity, sales promotion discussion with related departments.

6) Store fraud big data analysis system development and periodic proceeding, filter and follow-up.

7) HQ Process Review or Testing, if qualified and necessary.

任职资格:

1.The candidate must have internal control or internal audit background, could be from audit department of a company or just be an auditor.

2.For auditors of firms,the candidates must have profound retail or fast-moving consumer goods industry project experience, and should be from the internal control related department of a firm, not from the finanical audit department.

3.Loss prevention or fraud investigation experience is a plus but candidates with pure these background are not always acceptable, unless the candidates could prove his knowledge or adaptation to internal control or audit, or the capacity to learn.

4.Knowledge of the retail industry, store (francising) operation, store audit is greatly favored.

5.Good at Word and PPT and excellent player of excel is a plus. And will have access to Tableau or Power BI for store fraud data anaylsis.

6.Accept 20~30% travel rate (Maximum 12 weeks), all audits will be conducted in shopping malls around China, the Candidate could decide when to travel.

7.English is not a must, but if the candidate could read simple English, will be a plus. Oral communication is not required.
