In China services offered under the brand DEinternational are provided by the 8 offices of the German Industry & Commerce (GIC). GIC provides tailor-made services to help its clients succeed. It specializes in the Chinese market and supports companies with a wide range of services.

The Recruitment, Training & Vocational Training Department in Shanghai supports mainly German clients with finding and training their staff in China.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Intern for Department Recruitment, Training & Vocational Training in Shanghai Branch.

Responsibilities:

• You will support the team in all communications-related work
• You have to create new PowerPoint Presentations for our projects
• You will support the operation of social media platforms
• Furthermore, you support the organization of events and meetings, help in preparing presentations, publications and coordinate the visits of our customers
• You get the chance to work in dynamic team

Requirments：

• Chinese native speaker, be fluent in English and German
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ideally some experience with data analysis and social media
• Be able to multitask, work to strict deadlines and effectively communicate with both external and internal clients
• At least 3 days per week for continuously 3-6 months
• Work begin: 01. September, 2019
