Mission and Purpose
Audi (China) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. is a 100% owned sub-company of Audi AG and the central interface among German headquarter, Chinese market and Joint Ventures. The department of Technical Project Management is responsible for the decision making process as well as getting the approval for development budget for Chinese market specific functions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Work together with the technical project managers for Audi function for the Chinese market (NEV topics, ADAS functions, connectivity functions, body development, overarching topics)
provide strategic input for new overarching processes in the R&D Audi China
Prepare briefing documents for the management of R&D Audi China
Prepare, organize and co-lead meetings and workshops
Align job splits and work together with the headquarter of AUDI AG in Germany
in Lead the preparation of meeting minutes and agenda
Qualifications
Education Background
Bachelor or Master degree in automotive/mechanical/electrical engineering/Business Administration or similar studies
Professional Skills
Experience in project management field
Proficiency in MS office( PPT, Excel, PPT)
Competence Requirements
strong communication and cooperation skills
Analytical thinking and self reflection
Planning and well-organized
Abilitiy to work under pressure
Language Skills
Good command of English both in speaking and writing
German and Chinese language is a plus
