As an Intern-Mechanical Design, you will be responsible for supporting R&D to finish daily work, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the R&D Senior Engineer, you will be supporting to carry out prototype development, assembly, test etc.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting R&D engineer to finish design and calculation of new product
• Supporting to carry out prototype development, assembly, test and so on
• Supporting to collect related product’s material
• Supporting R&D team’s daily jobs

Your background

• Must be familiar with Creo, UG and related 3D modeling soft wares
• Sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical theory
• Experience of practical design or contest is preferred
• A Major in mechanical or electrical
• Must be able to read and write documents in English
• Work at least for 3 months in ABB
• Following and tracing test plan to ensure test is finished according to schedule. Analyzing defects and be able to find solutions
