:

Mission & Main Tasks:

• Identify technology trends in relevant industries
• Gather macro-economic data & provide forecasts
• Research innovation in news, websites, industry events etc.
• Create presentations on multiple innovation topics
• Prepare, organize and co-lead meetings, workshops and events
• Collaborate with other business units to define scope for innovation research
• Identify and analyze start-ups with high business fit
• Meet with startups and discussion potential applications
• Participant in technology events

Working Relations:

Internal departments and external start-ups & tech companies

Qualification：

Key Qualifications:

1. Good command of both oral and written English & Chinese

2. Strong interests and good know-how in technology

3. Motivated and fast learner

Education:

• Master (preferred) or Bachelor candidate in technical major such as computer science

or other engineering degrees with strong knowledge in computer science; if very
talented candidate, Business Administration / Economics or similar major is
also acceptable

• Study abroad/foreign exchange program (preferred)

Professional Skills

• Deep technology understanding
• At least one >3 months internship in a multinational company before (preferred)
• Excellent PowerPoint skills (required)
• Significant experience in innovation, automotive and digital products (preferred)

Personal Skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
