Reporting to: HR Assistant Officer
Responsibility
1. Recruitment
(1)Screen and manage candidate’s resume
(2)Book meeting rooms for interviews
(3)Make phone calls to invite a series of interviews according to the interview schedule
(4)Other data work related to recruitment
2. Compensation and benefit
(1) Prepare the related materials for new employee
(2) Support HR for staff onboarding process and collect the necessary documents from new employee
(3) Maintain and manage the documents of Employee
(4) Collect and Maintain the employee attendance data
(5) Other data work related to Compensation and benefit
Requirement
1. Proficient in MS office especially excel
2. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
3. Ability to Work under pressure
4. Work 4 or 5 days a week(exclude weekend) for at least 3months
