As an Intern / Trainee, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:



  • Learn about how PwC works as a business and adds value to clients.
  • Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information.
  • Use tools, techniques and firm standard methodologies to support research, analysis and problem solving.
  • Produce high quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with technical developments for business area.
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form.

Participate in assisting the complete training operation process:

1. Assist in the preparation of training, on-site support and coordination, and follow-up of training effect.

2. Participate in training project needs research, planning and internal publicity;

3. Complete the basic training data analysis and management ;

4. Maintain e-learning system regularly, export data to complete analysis and collect user feedback;

5. Other data work assigned by superiors.

  • Proficient in MS office especially excel
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Ability to Work under pressure
  • Work 4 or 5 days a week(exclude weekend) for at least 3months
