As an Intern-HR, you will be responsible for supporting to update employee data according to organizational change, employee lifecycle management and documentation, in Electrification business Area in Xiamen, China.
Reporting to the Location HR Business Partner, you will provide administrative support on internal trainings, team events and workshop, etc.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting to update employee data according to organizational change, employee lifecycle management and documentation
- Supporting on internal communication, for example: organize townhall meeting and focus group communication
- Providing administrative support on internal trainings, team events and workshop, etc.
- Performing the timely tasks assigned by HR manager. (Such as information consolidation, HR related record sorting/scanning and so on.)
Your background
- A university student with major in HR or management related
- Familiar with office 365
- Must be a quick learner and active leaning attitude
- Good teamwork and communication skill
- Good reading/writing skills in both Chinese and English
