Our business unit Enterprise Solutions offers consulting and end-to-end hotel management solutions to more than 3,000 corporate businesses globally. These include professional procurement, rate audit, payment and automated invoice processing as well as online group bookings.

We are looking for a Shanghai based Intern – Enterprise Solutions China (m/f/d) who will support our Corporate sales business.

Your challenges

• Support on Meeting &Groups and Long Stay project.

• Support on BPO project, such as hotel resource mapping and rate check.

• Support on room availability check

Your commitments

• Student, preferably in the field of eCommerce/Business Administration/Hotel Management

• Passion for customer support in Corporate sales/online business/eCommerce

• Team-work, result-orientation as well as detailed driven

• Ability to work independently, reliably, diligently and well structured

• Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written

• Skilled use of Microsoft office applications, especially for Excel
