For a 6 months Internship for Audi Aftersales Department at Audi China (C/VK)
Job Duties:
Mission and Purpose：
Audi China Aftersales Department C/VK acts as the main communication partner for the Audi Sales Division (Joint Venture of VW/Audi in Changchun) in any aspect of Aftersales Business. In addition, C/VK cooperates strongly with the German AUDI AG headquarter department I/VK in Ingolstadt. Main task for 2019 is to ramp up the department of C/VK and increase steadily the business cooperation especially to ASD. Also it will be important to keep the complete overview of the aftersales business in China. This needs to be done by providing regular reports and overviews of the current situation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Project support for C/VK team which includes but is not limited to topics such as administration, translation, presentation preparation, meeting/workshop organization & coordination of agencies.
Support for project planning & implementation
Create regular reports of the business in Excel or Powerpoint
Summarize Meetings and develop meeting minutes
Qualifications:
Education Background:Student within a university on the way ideally to the Master degree
Ideally with technical and/or MBA/financial background
Proficiency in MS office, especially PPT & Excel
Competence Requirements:Interested in the automotive business, ideally with first experiences
Cooperative
Analytical thinking & problem solving
Planning and well-organized
Ability to work under pressure
Reliable & Flexible personality
Fluent in Chinese
Good command of English, be able to do the translation
German will be the plus
