Interior Designer Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist Leading Designer from conceptual design phase to Construction Drawing Package;

• Develop and produce construction packages, solve construction problems during the construction period

• Ensure key project deadlines are met in order to make the project progress on schedule;

• Develop interior design plans in response to technical problems posed by a project’s scope as well as innovative solutions to problems;

• Work with Leading Designer to evaluate, select, and apply standard interior architecture techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects;

• Manage the presentation and develop reports for clients; and

• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

  
  

  Requirements




• Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or related disciplines;

• Familiar with whole design process from conceptual design phase to completion, be able to bridge the proper communication channel between client & project team;

• Adequate knowledge of material & construction details, capable to individually develop and produce construction packages, enables to solve construction problems during the construction period;

• Skilful in AutoCAD, Adobe PHOTOSHOP and SKETCHUP, Microsoft Office, etc.;

• Ability to use English in daily working communication

• Be proactive and possess a spirit of team work.
