Reporting to: Construction Project Director

Travel Requirement: when necessary

Job Objectives:

• Provide drafting support for Construction projects of different phases

Responsibility:

• Provide drawings for landlord submission, fixture drawings, construction DD drawings and as build drawings
• To work with MEP suppliers for complete drawing set submission
• To provide 3D renderings
• To take responsibility to monitor 3D rendering companies for correct representation to customers
• To build standard detail drawings database for quick response purposes
• Support PM, be involved in the production process and follow up based on drawings and design
• Continue improvements in personal drawing skills
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Skills:

• AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3D max
• Willing to learn new drafting programs including but not limited to Inventor, Revit, BIM, Rino
