If you have five (5) or more years experience as an interior designer, presentable to clients, with the ability to handle a project up to 1000 sq meters or more, and is able to work in a team environment, then you should apply for this position.

Your role will include working together with the senior designers, cad people,3D artist and Quantity Surveyors in preparing

Conceptual drawings for proposals,

概念方案

Developing detailed designs from concepts to construction documentation stage.

深化细节设计，从概念设计阶段到施工图纸阶段

Preparation of all construction drawings. All drawings are detailed in Chinese & English.

准备整套施工图，图纸上所有文字为中英文。

During the construction stage, you will be required to attend site meetings, visit the site and co-ordinate with the project manager and contractor in order to complete the project .

施工阶段，需要去现场开会，现场勘查，并与项目经理和承包商协调，使项目能够顺利完成。

English speaking and writing is required as you must communicate with staff and clients in English.

在与客户和同事沟通时，需要具备一定的英语邮件书写能力。

In addition a good ability in the preparation of hand-drawn sketches, details is a requirement in order to express the design intention.

需要一定的手绘草图能力，能够向同事清晰地阐明你的设计意向。

Software efficiency is required in AutoCAD , Outlook , Microsoft Project Knowledge of 3D max, sketch up and Photoshop is a benefit for this position

需要精通Auto Cad, Outlook, Microsoft办公软件。如果会使用3D max, sketch-up 和Photoshop更好，请注意这一项并非必须。

Must be presentable and neatly dressed
