• Responsibilities

  Ÿ  Strong in prepare soft drawings / construction drawings

  Ÿ  Prepare documentation and working drawings ,

  Ÿ Generate and execute solutions to and design & project problems

  Ÿ Responsible for contract administration, site supervision and coordination   during construction period

  Ÿ Coordinate and maintain relationship with clients , consultants / Supplier  and contractors

  Ÿ Experience handle residential and retail , project will be advantage

  Requirement

  Ÿ 5 years experience post-qualification Experience

  ŸExcellent Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS office

  Ÿ Knowledge of 3D Max / Sketch up as well

  Ÿ Able to work under pressure and meat deadline

  ŸGood team player with mature working attitude and independent

  Ÿ Spoken English ，Cantonese and mandarin are fluent

  Ÿ Immediate available preferred

  ContractorsEmployment Terms: Salary Negotiable

  Office hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm

                  May need to work on holidays for urgent matters

                    5 working day per week
