• Undertaking design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
• Work with MGM Operational departments, Design Consultants and Project Contractors to coordinate facilitate design direction and successful construction completion
• Review construction documents and specifications
• Create specifications and sample boards

• On-site supervision of interior design fit-out and conducts site inspection to ensure conformance to design specifications

• Proficient in design details and quality control
• Site visit, inspection and supervision
• Communicate with the construction manager
• Assist in sourcing and purchasing needed materials
• Preparation of presentation documents
• Undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the department and adhere to departmental and company policies
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in interior fitting-out projects and on-site experience is required. Experience in gaming, hospitality, residential development design field is preferred
• Degree or Diploma holder in interior design or equivalent
• Good communication skills with a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Computer Skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Project
