1) Assist designers from oversea offices on China based projects

2) Coordinate drawings with other project consultants prior to Issue for Tender. (ie: Interior Design, Lighting, AV, etc)

3) Track progress of the projects during construction.

4) Revise drawings produced by HBA to reflect project site conditions.

5) Assist HBA marketing personnel for Proposal purposes; transfer of CAD drawings between offices.

6) Be the designated site meeting attendee; solve problems on-site wherever possible, report back on project status/progress.

7) assist senior design personnel with design development on projects.

8) Excellent English and project coordination skills required
