工作职责：

1.负责项目的整体创意设计，审核并调整设计方向；

2.统筹协调各专业，对整个设计的全过程进行把控，包括分工、进度、质量、成本等，确保各项目按预期计划有效实施；

3.负责项目设计过程中各环节设计成果与甲方的沟通和协调，及时有效地解决与甲方沟通过程中的各项技术问题，保持与甲方良好的合作关系；

4.负责部门设计人员的技术培训和技术能力的考核，有针对性进行人才培养，不断提高部门设计人员的专业技术能力及工作效率；

5.全面负责设计领域技术方向的研究和总体规划，及时指导、处理、协调和解决项目过程中的各项技术问题，确保能给予设计团队充分的技术支持和外部技术咨询；

6.配合完成公司安排的其他工作。

任职要求：Job Requirements

7.室内设计、艺术设计等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Interior Design;

8.具有室内设计行业15年以上工作经验，并且拥有杰出作品案例；

Minimum of 15 years experience in the field of Interior Design;

9.熟练的手绘美术功底，熟练操作CAD，3D，PS等相关绘图软件及办公软件；

Proficiency in sketching, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software;
