Mission and Purpose

In accordance with Group Compliance Strategy and Standards, the principal duties for the integrity and compliance officer are:


  • to set up and implement a flexible, robust and effective Compliance Management System (CMS) and management (in accordance with Group's established compliance management approach);
  • Locally implement the integrity program that are rolled-out in region China, seeks for areas that require continuous improvement;
  • Promote the awareness of integrity and compliance within the company, and seek for further opportunities to enhance integrity and compliance;
  • Roll-out role model program and ambassadors program, ensure integrity concept is deeply rooted in the company's culture and strategy.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing, establishing and operating an effective cooperation and communication model within the group in order to ensure the local implementation of adequate steering mechanism in China;
  • Prepare necessary solutions, and provide eligible answers to internal/external customers who have questions in the area of integrity and compliance;
  • Participating the yearly integrity/compliance survey among the employees, in order to identify common integrity/ compliance issues/risks to address them at an early stage;
  • Monitoring the implementation of the CMS and Integrity program in the company in order to minimize liability risk for the company due to potential compliance risks; design, operate and further develop a reporting system for the CMS in the company
  • Reviewing and responding to changes in laws / regulatory requirements/new risks to the in China, and internal compliance regulations involving appropriate actions and measures
  • Seeking alignment on common compliance topics with headquarter and group companies to ensure similar approach are locally implemented in China, seeking for areas that require continuous improvement;
  • Organize meetings/conventions of integrity via close collaboration with external advisors and internal peers and document the achievement of these activities
  • Complete other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor.


Qualifications


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably master degree in law /business management with special training or knowledge in the area of compliance, risk management, business administration
  • Overseas study background is a plus


Professional Skills

  • Mimimum 3 Years Working Experience in law firm, Big 4 audit firms or international companies;
  • Advanced skills in computer software including Microsoft Office, Visio, MS Project and Photoshop
  • Experiences in internal audit, enterprise risk management, internal control, integrity management or compliance management is desired.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and facilitation skills


Language Skills

  • Good command of English both in speaking and writing
  • Fundamental German Language will be a plus
