Responsibilties: 1. Develop and implement a portfolio of business solutions by localizing global enterprise services’ business models based on zone Healthineers’ customer needs. 2. Develop and implement zone-specific business solutions by interagting internal and external resources. 3. Leverage and integrate external partner’s capability to drive exclusive solutions to differtiate Healthineers’ products and services. 4. Drive business volume after implementation of solution and pilot programs. 5. Provide technical support and consulting on specific project to drive sales excellence. 6. Play a role as ambassador in zone for global ES topics and rollout know-how. 7. Provide cross-functional training and conduct marketing promotion from ES side. 8. Streamline and implement ES solution’s relevant processes and policies. 9. Cross functional teamwork to make every solution happen in a organized way. Requirement： 1. Minimum of 10 years hybrid experience in finance, risk management or solutions experience (including program development) in either MNC, consulting or financial institutions. 2. Familiarity with working within an international environment. Pro-active, self driven and ability to work independently within a dynamic and cross functional environment. 3.
