Explore and Identify Ecommerce opportunities for TR (40%):
Creatively and proactively identify opportunities to drive Chinese Traveling Consumers (CTC) to TR ecommerce site through various campaigns with different platforms including, integrated campaign, social campaign, digital campaign, partnership campaign, etc.
Partnership outreach and relationship maintenance with retailers or marketing partners for gaining media exposure amongst CTC audiences and drive consumers to ecommerce site.
Support retailer.com operation and online sales activities for China (30%):
Coordinate with agencies/production house in updating and producing website contents for Ecommerce Sites for retailers
Assist in planning and delivering online marketing activities with Retailers in China
Support in brand marketing and sales team in O2O events and ad-hoc digital initiatives
Focal for local sales team for digital marketing activities and provide onsite support for digital marketing events in-store in China
Executing and Managing Online Media Campaigns (30%)
Key in supporting, executing and managing digital marketing activities in line with marketing plan
Work with media agencies in optimizing online presence for TR China (especially in mobile channels)
Monitor, Report and Analyze media (PPC, Social Media, Mobile, SEO, etc) campaigns performance on regular basis
Update digital assets in accordance with brands’ marketing plans and branding guidelines
Ensure quality and accuracy of all ELC brands’ digital assets on all digital platforms
Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive best performance
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Good communicator and comfortable to collaborate with other teams in a matrix environment
Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English
Comfortable to work independently and confident to act as Ecommerce and digital marketing ambassador
Core Competence and Skills
Confident, Proactive, highly organized and able to manage time effectively, multitasking skill is a plus.
In depth knowledge and experience in ecommerce, and digital marketing, experience interpreting brand strategies, building a brand’s integrated marketing presence with an exciting portfolio of past campaigns/creative projects across digital marketing, offline marketing, partnerships and sponsorships.
Familiar with digital landscape in China, well versed in the use of social media and mobile marketing as digital strategy
Experience in working and managing with digital agencies and production house
Pop culture savvy to identify emerging digital trends that we can follow within our media outreach.
Consumer-driven approach to lead brand effort in putting consumers at the center of the media strategy.
