• 指导客户如何驾驶，通常情况下是一对一指导
• 根据客户需求定制驾驶课程
• 根据客户不同的驾驶水平和驾驶经验，调整训练难易度
• 及时了解产品信息和最新车型
• 有能力理解、解释和展示产品特征
• 帮助首席教练安排日常驾驶活动
• 作为教练团队的一员，确保赛道和车队的日常可用性
• 以专业素养及时上报任何车辆或硬件设施问题
• 在赛场内外都与客户保持互动和交流
• 为客户提供兼顾娱乐性和教育性的高端体验
• 在体验中心内为客户营造愉悦的氛围

任职资格：

• 驾驶证
• 基础的英语交流技巧
• 驾驶教练/运动驾驶教练经验
• 热衷于汽车行业
• 人际交往能力和软实力，较好的口头表达能力
• 积极主动的，自信的，主动性强的
• 团队协作能力
• 抗压性强，灵活性强

在交谈间积极正面，且耐心

有较高的演示/演讲能力

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through driving activities, often on a one-to-one basis
• Tailor driving sessions to individual customer’s objectives
• Adapt training to various levels of skill and experience, from beginners to enthusiasts
• Stay up-to-date with product information and latest model range
• Ability to understand, explain and demonstrate features
• Support Chief Instructor in daily setup of driving activity
• As part of a team of instructors, ensure track and fleet are ready on a daily basis
• Report any fleet or facility issues immediately and handle in a professional manner
• Interact and engage with customers both on and off the track
• Deliver a premium customer experience – both entertaining and educational
• Provide/create pleasant atmosphere in PEC for customers

Requirements:

• Driver’s license.
• Basic English skills.
• Experience in driving instruction / sport driving instruction
• Interest in automotive industry.
• People skills and softs skills. Good oral expression.
• Pro-active, self-confident. Highly motivated.
• Ability to work in a team
• Resistant to stress and flexible.
• Positive and patient in communication
• Good presenting skills

As a plus:

• Racing experience.
• Car technical knowledge and understanding
