Instructor (Chinese)

Job type: Full-time or Part-time (Part-time is available, but the content hereof is about full-time.)

Monetary Compensation

• Salary ranges from 10,000 ~ 25,000 RMB a month.
• Salary consists of Base Pay, and Performance Incentive according to MBO.

Non-monetary Compensation

• As you progress, we give more flexibility on working hours and increase the number of days of paid vacation.

Working Hours & Holidays

• 5 or 6 days in a week (Employees can choose.)
• 8 hours in a day (According to credit, instructors can work only when she/he has classes, usually 5 hours.)
• Off duty on national holidays / After one full year, 7 days of paid vacation are given.

Probation Period

• One or two months of probation period are needed.
• During the period, 70% of Base Pay is given.

Accountability

• Manage up to 6 classes (8 students in a class), teaching for 4-6 hours in a day, usually 4.
• Write required reports
• Contribute to innovation and enhancement

Qualification

• Recommendation from the superintendent who applicant has taught under
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• Have no criminal record and no serious disease

Preference

• Debate / MUN Award winning career
• Planning experience in any field
• Major in Educational Engineering, Educational Psychology, English Literature, and English Education
• A Master’s degree in TESOL/TEFL, English education, or literature
• TOEFL: Higher than 116 / SAT: Higher than 2,300
• More than 5 years of residence in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States or South Africa
