Perform workshop inspection in drilling and completing field, such as drilling rig, workover rig, drilling related equipment and wellhead equipment, etc. Electrical specialty is priority.

？ Perform the drilling site inspection in related project.

？ Review and understand applicable contractual requirements (regulations, technical standards, specifications, etc).

？ Define and review Quality Plan, Inspection and Test plans, and relevant procedures

？ Review and validate inspection of assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedule, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)

？ Execute or supervise (required by more experienced inspector) inspection according to predefined Quality Plan, and the established inspection procedures / techniques

？ Review and appraise inspection procedures

？ Select the most appropriate inspection techniques

？ Make decisions on the quality issues independently

？ Execute inspection reporting, including treatment of non-conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables ？

Ensure quality of inspection according to BV Quality System

？ Follow-up the NCR’s and the corrective actions

？ Respect security guidelines of BV and safeguard personal security in the working environment

？ Continuous learning and developing in his area of responsibility

？ Maintain internal and external communication, liaison with clients or project subcontractors.

？ Design and deliver training for inspectors and clients (required by more experienced inspector)

？ Follow up code of ethics of BV group.

？ ** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. Quality, HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.

任职要求：

？ Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level in Electrical Engineering, preferably with education background in Drilling Engineering, Petroleum Equipment, E&I, etc.

？ Working Experience: at least 5 years’ related working experience

？ Fully conversant with relevant inspection techniques and able to select most appropriate technique

？ Good knowledge of national and/or international code, standard and regulation, such as ASME, API, etc.;

？ Familiar with Quality Management System (ISO, etc);

？ Able to verify and establish Quality Plan or Inspection Testing Plan

？ Able to monitor, coach 1 or more Inspectors (required by more experienced inspector)

？ Able to verify and approve Non-Conformities / Corrective action

？ Frequent travel or site base required according to project arrangements

？ Good English and local language skills

？ PC Skills

？ Inspection of drilling and completing, wellhead equipment and machinery: / electricity / low currents-automatisms

？ Inspection of Industrial and manufacturing facilities :process safety and reliability / process operations, control and performance / maintenance and maintainability

？ The following qualifications would be a plus:

• ASNT-NDT-III, EN473-NDT-III NDT-II OR NDT-III (non-ASNT), ASNT-NDT-II, EN473-NDT-II, PMI-PMP, NACE-II，国家设备监理师
• CWI-AWS, IWE, NDT-II (UT, PT, RT, MT)
