iSoftStone is looking for a new Inside Sales Specialist to join the Worldwide Services department in our Beijing Headquarters. Your main tasks will be: accelerate our business growth in a specified territory and develop trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately forecast and deliver on sales within a specified sales territory.
• Quantify and qualify target companies in relation to their needs for our services.
• Contact and generate interest from prospects attained via telemarketing campaigns.

• Quickly understand client business and technical requirements and fit a crowdsourcing solution around those specific needs.
• Sell the benefits of ISoftStone Worldwide services to potential clients in China or overseas.
• Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific customers and market segments.

• Build and maintain a personal relationship with key client staff, at all level.
• Build credibility with decision makers who do not show an interest in our product line, but may need our solutions at some point in the future.

• Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successful close (client presentations and implementation reports, negotiating deals).
• Work close with executive and technical internal team to close projects in China and overseas.

Qualifications:
• BA/BS or equivalent in Business or Computer science related fields preferred.
• 2 years of successful experience of cold-call prospecting.
• 2 years of successful experience as inside-sales rep for complex services.
• Candidates with prior experience in crowdsourcing or working for a solutions consulting organization are highly desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; in order to communicate effectively with key client staff at all level and to promote/sell ideas persuasively.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and oral skills; in order to communicate effectively with international clients.
• Be an excellent relationship builder with strong diplomacy and leadership skills.
• Be highly motivated, goal- driven, who has a genuine passion to succeed.
• Superlative organizational and time management skills.
• Able to perform well in a fluid organizational structure that requires both team work and self-sufficiency as necessary, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Able to handle stress and time-sensitive projects.

Employment Conditions:
• This is a full-time position in our Beijing Headquarters.
• You will report directly to the Senior VP of our department.
