DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Main focus

Responsible to convert sales enquiries into tangible business by following up in-coming mobility requirements. Sales enquiries include consumer leads, web leads, email leads, agent enquiries, CoCo enquiries and spot/one of enquires. Cooperate with sales and operation team members to ensure a smooth coordination of above leads, to facilitate track and traceability.

• Response to consumer and corporate/agent leads with in a set time;
• Contact clients and collect necessary information, evaluate and probe business opportunities;
• Conduct virtual/assignee self-survey or assign proper moving consultants to set up surveys for moving service. Communicate with IMMS and DSP team to collect related costs;
• Closely work with different team and prepare competitive quotation with in a set schedule, attracting and pushing customers to choose Santa Fe’s premium relocation services;
• Seek upselling opportunities while closely communicating with clients;
• Successfully close and convert business through timely follow ups;
• Issue Work Order to Operation team;
• Ensure the data accuracy and timely update of sales leads progress in salesforce.

Attend to any duty and assume any responsibility as directed as and when required by management.

Preferred qualification for this role:

• A self-starter, with sense of urgency in driving to reach goals;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
• An assertive person with good interpersonal skills, both written and on the phone;
• A team player and able to work cross business lines;
• With excellent customer service attitude;
• Possess a Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of working experience in customer service or tele-sales function, ideally in the logistics/immigration/mobility industry;
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce;
• Good English, both written and oral, additional language skills are a plus.
