Mission & Main Tasks:
You independently and comprehensively advise business units and departments on legal tasks in particular in the area of anti-trust/ anti-monopoly law, sales, aftersales, digital business and marketing. The role is broad and, among other things, you have to interact and cooperate with all relevant departments consisting of international teams within Audi China, Volkswagen Group Companies as well as with international business partners in the Automotive and Digitalization industry as well as international law firms. You will be responsible for lowering legal and economic risks and maximizing the protection of the company’s interests. We are looking for someone with sharp analytical and communication skills, who is diligent, proactive, collaborative,
organized and has demonstrated excellent legal and business judgment and strategic thinking.
Job Duties:
- Self-responsible handling of company’s legal related in particular in the area of anti-trust/ anti-monopoly law, sales, aftersales, digital business and marketing, :
- Provide legal support on daily business tasks,
- Interact with international employees within the company as well as within Volkswagen Group;
- Prepare and review documents (e.g. contracts);
- Participate in as well as lead internal as well as external business meetings;
- Support the companies departments in project work;
- Participate in company’s business negotiation and provide related legal support;
- Interact with and coordinate external law firms.
- Develop strategy, policies, processes and tools related to AML.
- Design and implement in particular AML training and awareness measures for different target groups within the company and carry them out independently.
