As part of a zone or country Enterprise Learning and Adoption team, work with Customer key users, internal stakeholders (Program Managers, Solution and Product Architects) and partners to ensure the customers experience a seamless interaction with Siemens Services and succeed in their objectives of rapid value realization and increased process productivity. Supports the design and execution of Enterprise Learning and Adoption programs in agreed DF PL domains that enable customers to minimize user adoption risks and to achieve superior adoption of the Digital Enterprise solution. Applies Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of customers user communities. Applies project management methods and skills to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of Siemens financial targets. In collaboration and alignment with the Program or Project Manager in charge, supports the Learning and Adoption work stream of customer programs deploying multiple Siemens DF PL products within a single domain (for example: PLM, STS, DER) to multiple locations. Actively participates in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices. Responsibilities: Design and develop Cloud architecture and infrastructure for Siemens Software Solutions Design and conduct application testing methods to drive architecture designs and optimization Coordinate activities with Learning Services and Internal Growth and Development teams for reviews and testing. Provide troubleshooting expertise for performance and other issues. Streamline the development lifecycle with automated provisioning and testing of resources Demonstrable Enterprise Architecture planning and design skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Good analytic, organization, presentation, customer service and facilitation skills Ability to gather customer requirements and translate those requirements into short and long-term deliverables Works under self-management within project and/ or task constraints and will determine solutions, methods, and procedures on assignments/projects. Research and define installation requirements for Siemens DISW Applications and supporting third party applications, and will act as installation SME on those applications for the Growth and Enablement Team.
