Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)
1.Manage all IT activities in the company and support the development of IT.
全盘负责信息技术事宜并规划信息技术部门的发展。
2.Lead and motivate the IT teams and other operations.
领导IT团队及负责其他日常运营工作。
3.Manage all IT assets for Shama China.
管理公司IT资产。
4.Develop and manage IT budgets and the services of external partners and vendors.
控制IT部预算及供应商的维修费用。
5.Installation and troubleshooting of PC operating system, PC software, electronicmail, Internet and Intranet.
安装PC操作系统、PC软件、电子邮件、因特网和公司内网并及时解决相关问题。
6.Administration of LAN and e-mail administration.
完成局域网及电子邮件的管理。
7.Develop/implement Intranet applications.
改进或实施公司内网。
8.Review existing applications for improvement.
对现有系统的检修及改进.
9.Work in concert with Corporate IT and related parties (e.g. site management, engineering and vendors).
与总部IT部门及各项目管理层,工程部及供应商通力协作,完成酒店的IT工程。
10.Monitor and maintain network infrastructure components (e.g. routers, switches, firewall etc.).
管控及维护公司网络软硬件,如路由器,交换机,防火墙等。
11.Develop and maintain the Security system.
安全系统的改进及维护。
12.Monitor and maintain servers to ensure operational state and health.
管控及维护公司服务器,确保其稳定,健康运行。
13.Provider IT trainings to new users.
为新员工提供IT培训。
17. Installation and maintain HIS system, ERP system, PABX System and VMS system.
安装及维护HIS系统、ERP财务系统、PABX电话系统、VMS计费系统.
