Information security plays a key role in Bosch's risk management. Against the background of the increasing digitization of business processes and Bosch products, information and customer data are more and more digitally processed, stored and transmitted in local/global, private/public networks. A secure information technology (IT) is essential for the functioning of the Bosch Group. Therefore, information security, including data protection, access and identity management are core elements of the Bosch security strategy.

Your job as access & identity management specialist are:

• Provide advisory or assurance service to corporate internal customer with respect to access & identity management policies, processes and procedures.
• Provide business partner service to corporate internal customer concerning detective control process including but not limited to training and regular meeting with management, review and approval of segregation of duty, authorization status check, etc.
• Be accountable for coordinating regional identity management team (virtual team), organizing regional conferences, sharing experience, tracking status as well as 2nd level support in troubleshooting.
• Responsible for outsourcing service management (supplier management) with respect to identity management tasks (role and authorization application, allocation, termination, etc)
• Positively involve in the implementation and maintenance of corporate Information Security Management System (ISMS)

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree, major in Computer Science, Information Security, Telecommunication, Information System, Information Management or other similar majors.
• Solid understanding of information security and/or IT governance and/or access and identity management topics
• Self-confident, Communication/influence skills, Presentation Skills, team player
• Clear and fluent in Mandarin, Good written and oral English
• Proficient in the use of word, excel, ppt and other commonly used office software
• Meet with below requirements are preferred
  • Have certain experiences of VBA and excel macro
  • Entitled as CISA or CISSP or ISO27001 IA/LA or PMP/Prince2
  • General understanding of or experience in SAP Basis or FI/CO, HR, MM
