Our client is being one of the larger producers of piston cooling jet and other automobile spare parts, its products are gradually adopted by automobile and components producers. Our client has established stable cooperation with several big automobile producers and its products are widely used in Volkswagen, Audi, GM, Peugeot, Citroen, Hyundai, Toyota, BMW and so on.

Responsibility

• Conduct and management of continuous improvement and innovation
• project particularly in connection with the production workshops
• Expertise and support missions
• Conduct and project management industrialization & innovation
• Study the feasibility both at technical and economic level
• Create and manage project planning
• Create and manage a project action plan
• Analyze/write the CDC project and translate it into specific technical functions
• Define project-related processes
• Accurately develop the main functions of CAO and frame the project in terms of technological choices, all along the design and realization of the project.
• Ensure harmonization of material and functional choices by focusing on existing standards
• Monitor the progress of the projects entrusted in a transversal manner indirect relation with the managers of the engineering and realization services.
• Drafting reports (design review, meetings...）
• Communicate regularly with the applicant (BE or others and ensure information received and milestones – (sample parts, plans, etc.)
• Ensure the proper functioning of the posts
• Participate in the AMDEC
• Self-evaluate the project both in the design phase and in the realization
• Present the line or the machine for the validation audit before transfer
• Regularly report to its hierarchy on the progress of the projects and tasks entrusted through systematically updated dash boards and action plans
• Ensure and monitor technological developments
• At the end of the RPP meeting, prepare the RCPP meeting.
