• Ensure compliance with Safety rules
• Design tools and jigs avoid safety issues, improve quality and productivity
• Co-ordinate with actions of PMS, PMD, CTO, Sourcing, Procurement, Warehouse, production and logistic departments toward the achievement of the delivery of the machine within the customer requirements.
• Define the routing and updated in SAP aligned with actual progress on the shop floor. (Good skills in SAP)
• Responsible for technical issues of sub-contractor and production department
• Contribute in Non-conformity issues (Design and BOM), QM application and follow up closely. regular review with CTO & PMD
• Follows and updates assembly methods of all machines, update SOP in time.
• Responsible for check BOM configuration, inform interface people to correct BOM error.
• Analysis Engineering change(ECO), prepare all documents for both production and subcontractors.
• Improve assembly methods for assembly and testing
• To reduce production lead time or work hours, drive LEAN method (cost reduction, productivity, improvement…) on the shop floor.
• Contribution on Make or Buy project.
• Participates in new machine production and validation (or transfer)
• Evaluate improve suggestion from another department
• Support on customer site improvement.
• Corporation with automation and PMD to develop test bench.
• Basic lean knowledge and ergonomic
  

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics (or equivalent) +5 years related work experience

• Or master’s degree in mechatronics

• Good read and write skill in English

• Good skill of office tools and solid works
