• Identification and optimization of assembly process for increased efficiency and productivity to achieve reductions of manufacturing costs

• Lead and realization of new product launches and product relocations in the production

• Support and realization of continuous improvement actions

• Elimination of wastes in the production process

• Analysis and troubleshooting on obstacles, quality issues and downtimes in the production line

• Create working instructions, process flow charts, checklists and other related documents for the production process.

• Support training of operations staff on new processes and new products.

• Layout planning of production line and assembly stations

• Design and define specifications of production & test equipment, tools and fixtures required in the production process

• Definition of test procedures in the production process for quality control

• Support technical changes in series production (e.g. testing and implementation of new materials, modules and prototypes in production)

Qualification ：

• Bachelor’s degree or similar education in engineering

• 3-4 years working experience in a manufacturing/ assembly company

• Knowledge in lean production and 5S methodology

• Knowledge of assembly methods

• Knowledge in CAD

• Communication skill

• Leading ability and teamwork
