Job Purpose

Industrial automation contributor for facilitate plant level smart factory transformation in line with group strategy, also this position has linkage to global SBU level smart factory initiatives for standardization and localization.

Role and Responsibilities

• Setting up plant industrial automation/Smart factory strategy, target, road map, resources planning.
• Leading/coordinating automation, industrial IT investment/modification and WCM projects related; ensure OTIF/cost/quality of the projects.
• Automation related training and coach to the team.
• Coordinate with global SBU level smart factory initiatives.

Qualification Requirements

• Engineering background. Automation major preferred.
• 5 years experieinces on the smart factory/automation engineering related work.
• Strong project management knowledge and skills to balance time, qulaity and cost.
• Leadship and coach skills to facilitate projects.
• Experiences on oversea project coordination.
