Job Description:

• 日常报价咨询对应（既存客户和海外询价）

  Daily quotation operation: Support sales manager to handle Key Account client (existing customer and oversea branch quotation requirement)
  

• 公司内部销售业务操作流程SOP整理和传达，以及跟进和确认

  Master company internal work flow & standard , follow and confirmation.

• 公司内部销售相关部门事务处理协调

  Coordinate with other internal related department
  

• 协助销售：（新客户）预约拜访，整理成本，操作系统申请

  （老客户）整理报价，定期维护，定期宣导，相关系统维护

  （CRM） 预录客户信息，定期检查OVER DUE,APP,OPP等

  （客户信息）定期收集报备

Assistance to Outdoor Sales:

(New customer) make appointment/collect cost for quotation/submit to system.

(Existing customer) make quotation/regular maintenance/regular guidance

/system information regular review and renew.

(CRM) account inputting/regular review on OVERDUE,APP,OPP

(Customer information) collect customer information for customer list.

• 掌握公司内部系统使用方法，引导协助销售使用

  Master internal system usage, and lead out door sales work on it clearly.

  
  

• 协助各种销售活动，包含组织，记录，追踪确认等（如销售会议 ）

Support sales team activity, including organizing, recording, tracking work.

Requirement

• 大专学历及以上

  College degree or above;

• 一年及以上的物流工作经验

  Around 1 years working experience in logistics.

• 大学英语4级，日语1级以及相当水准的语言能力（听说读写）

  Good reading/writing/listening English skill and Level 1 or same level Fluent Japanese comprehension in both oral and written.

• 能够熟悉掌握电脑相关操作（包含微软办公软件使用）

  Familiar with computer and related operation ( including MS Office Application)

• 性格开朗，有良好的理解能力和执行力。

  Well communication skill with good understanding and execution
