Job Description
1. Responsible for reviewing student's academic, behavioural, social and emotional needs across the school and identifying and tracking students in need of additional support 负责审查学生在学校的学术知识掌握、行为、社会和情感需求，并对需要额外支持的学生进行识别和跟踪。
2. Responsible for advising, supporting and guiding teachers on strategies to use in and out of class to support students with additional needs and helping teachers to create individual support plans as needed 负责提供建议，支持和指导教师有关在课内外使用的教学策略，以支持有额外需求的学生，并帮助教师根据需要制定个人支持计划。
3. Working alongside students in and out of class to help meet specific and additional needs, including those related to psychological counselling. 与学生一起上课，帮助满足特定的和额外的需求，包括与心理咨询相关的需求。
4. Supporting with assessment of students applying to the school to determine whether their needs can be met within the school context (admissions support). 支持评估申请学校的学生，以确定他们的需求是否能在学校环境中得到满足（招生支持）。
5. Attending and delivering professional development to enhance inclusive practices in the school as well as those related to mental health. 参与和提供专业发展，以加强学校以及与心理相关的包容性做法。
6. Working with the teaching department to deal with student related matters and supporting the teaching department. 与教学部门合作处理学生相关事宜，并支持教学部门。

8. Other work arranged by the Head of School and Leadership Team.

Requirements应聘条件：
1. Hold a university/college degree and a teaching qualification (i.e. Bachelor or Masters of Education, PGDE, PGCE).
持有大学/大专学历及教师专业资格(即教育科学士或硕士、学位教师教学文凭、教育学研究生证书)。
2. Have at least two years of relevant experience.
至少两年相关的经验。
3. Have worked in international schools.
曾于国际学校任教过。
4. Positive, caring, collaborative team-player with a passion for education.
积极的，有爱心的，合作的团队合作精神，有对教育的热情。
5. Good skills in communication, organization and coordination, good compatibility and occupation manner.
具备良好的沟通、组织及协调能力，具备亲和力和良好的职业礼仪。
