职责描述：
1.Manage customs clearance operation for inbound & outbound shipments
Follow global SAP project roadmap to ensure launch time in Changsha plant.
2.Second equipment import application from CIQ and Customs.
3.Duty Free Certificate application.
4.Keep full Knowledge of international shipping terms and procedure.
5.Tracking incoming and outgoing shipments status to the related people on time
6.Import license application and management.
7.Manage the logistic process operation smoothly and comply to all related laws, regulations and policies from the government, Corp or business.
8.Exempted equipment inspection and audit regularly.
9.Monitor any changes on government rules and regulations to avoid any potential negative impact to our materials importing.
10.Coordinate with I/E Customs Clearance Agents, Customs, CIQ to make sure all of our importing equipment pass from Customs timely.
11.Duty exemption and relief application.
12.Have customs broker permission certificate.
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or master degree or similar in international trade or logistics management or equivalent.
2.Professional experience (at least 5 years) in import/export and customs operations.
3.Experience in automotive business (approx. 1 years) and understanding of automotive environment.
4.Cross functional experience e.g. Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, preferred.
5.Experience with import and duty exempt application processes.
6.Familiar with the technical process related to plant production.
7.Familiar with the regulation and rules on used in import and export.
8.At least 1 years in a leadership position, preferably in operational units with functional and disciplinary
responsibility for other individuals.
9.Experience in working with international teams on import and export topics.
10.Understanding for different foreign cultures (NAFTA, Asia, several European cultures).
