Responsibilities

1. Co-ordinate urgent in-bound/outbound shipments.

2. Coordinate closely with warehouse to resolve receiving and shipping problems.

3. Negotiating with the forwarders for the best possible shipping terms. Booking flights, preparing custom clearance documents and inform custom broker export instruction.

4. Co-work with warehouse and monitor bonded material inventory.

5. E-logbook system daily key in, maintenance and close timely when expiry. Apply import license, logbook, CCIB license etc.

6. Go through and prepare specification of 3C material for CCIB to get license.

7. Any other task given by supervisor.

Requirement

1.Bachelor degree of internatioanl Trade and related major.

2. Above 1 year import/export experience in manufacturing industry, EMS is a plus.

3. Workable English.
