Main activities/Business Management 主要活动/业务管理：

?Receive order request from planning team and create PO to exporter接收来自进口计划团队的下单需求并完成对出口国的下单

?Receive purchase order from importer and create SO to brewery接收来自进口方的采购订单并完成对工厂的下单

?Tracking the execution and transportation of import PO跟踪采购订单执行情况和运输情况 ? Tracking the execution and transportation of export SO跟踪出口销售订单执行情况和运输情况

?Prepare customs/CIQ related documents, and coordinate forwarder and departments to finish customs affairs and delivery to DC准备报关报检资料并协调货代、相关部门完成清关、商检、送货

? Prepare customs/CIQ related documents, and coordinate forwarder and departments to finish customs affairs and delivery until shipment arrival准备报关报检资料并协调货代、相关部门完成报检、报关、发运直至货物到港

?Collection data for import beer stock quantity, ageing and provide routine reports收集和管理进口酒库存、库龄相关信息并完成分析和报告

?Provide visibility report to help planning and sales team for business analysis and decision提供可视化报告，帮助进出口销售和计划团队进行分析和决策?Assist customer to check and adjust accounts协助客户进行账务核对和调整

Education 教育 Bachelor degree or higher本科或以上学历。
