Gather customer business/ technical requirements through interview and analysis

Produce system design documents

Work and interact with customers in the configuration of their NetSuite system

Build successful customer relationships

Utilize a structured project delivery methodology to deliver successful projects

Assist in Pre-sales activities

Assist in Marketing activities as assigned

Your Profile

Have bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Information systems, Science, Finance or other related disciplines

Have good analytical and problem solving skills, quick learner

Result driven- willing to do what it takes to make each project a success

Detail oriented

Responsible and reliable

Independent and proactive

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good business knowledge- familiar with common business processes (Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing) is a plus

Previous experience of implementing ERP/ CRM system preferred

Familiar with programming logic

Good English and Mandarin
